Mark Spain Real Estate will open a Chattanooga office May 16.
This will be the ninth Southeastern metropolitan market for Spain. The company already has 14 offices in Nashville, Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa, Charlotte, Raleigh, Greenville, Birmingham and Jacksonville.
The new Mark Spain Real Estate office will be located in suite 100 at 200 W. Martin Luther King Boulevard. It expects to add over 50 jobs to the area once its office is fully staffed.
In 2021, Mark Spain Real Estate jumped from $1.4 billion in annual sales to $3.3 billion, breaking the 10,000 annual transaction mark for the first time. Additionally, the company expanded into the Tampa and Orlando real estate markets in 2021.
The Atlanta-based firm plans to open five additional offices in mid-size Southeastern markets by midyear.
