Keller Williams Greater Downtown Realty held its 2017 awards breakfast at the Chattanooga Convention and Trade Center on Feb. 27. The firm had to provide 61 more table settings than last year’s awards – one for each agent who joined the company in 2017.
Michael Williams received the Robben Mathews Profit Share Spirit Award. KWD gives this award to the agent who earned the most money through the company’s profit sharing program during the award period.
KWD honored Ashley Brumley and Joe Pleva as its highest earning individual agents in 2017. Brumley was the residential agent with the highest closed GCI (gross commission income), while Pleva was the commercial agent with the highest closed GCI.
KWD also honored its top-earning teams and groups. Teams feature two agents writing contracts and handling transactions, while groups consist of three or more agents writing contracts and handling transactions.
The team with the highest closed GCI was The Pearl Group (teams and groups can call themselves either a team or a group), while The Mark Hite Team received the honors for the group with the highest closed GCI.
KWD also honored its agents, teams and groups that closed the most units in 2017. Residential Realtor Nathan Torgerson claimed the prize among individual agents. The Pearl Group and The Mark Hite Team closed the most units as a team and a group, respectively, while Pleva took top honors again among the firm’s commercial Realtors.
Joshua Hill received the Rising Star Award. KWD gives this award to the agent who was licensed in the year preceding the award period and then delivered the highest GCI during the award period.
Aubrey LaRue was named Rookie of the Year. KWD gives this award to the agent who finished his or her first full 12 months of business during the award period and had the highest GCI among agents who did likewise.
Mandy and Daniel Blankenship received the Shooting Star Award. KWD gives this award to the agent (or in this case, pair of agents) who transferred to the company from another firm during the award period and had the highest CGI for the entire 12 months.
Sarah Ketterer won the WI4C2TS award, which honors the agent who best exhibited the values of the Keller Williams motto, which is;
Win-Win - or no deal
Integrity - do the right thing
Customers - always come first
Commitment - in all things
Communication - seek first to understand
Creativity - ideas before results
Teamwork - together everyone achieves more
Trust - starts with honesty
Success - results through people
Two agents at Keller Williams Downtown also received Southeast Regional Awards. Pleva earned the highest GCI among all of Keller Williams’ commercial agents in Tennessee in 2017. Pleva was also the top agent in the state in terms of transactions closed.
In addition, Mandy and Daniel Blankenship received the Top Shooting Star Southeast award.
Keller Williams’ southeast region consists of Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama, excluding Memphis and the Gulf Coast Cities.
Keller Williams Downtown Team Leader Nathan Brown was master of ceremonies.
