Crye-Leike congratulates Mary Carlson on earning her GRI designation

After 12 years of helping hundreds of home buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, Realtor Mary Carlson has another great accomplishment to add to her list of career achievements.

Carlson recently completed all of the training and 90 hours of classroom instruction to earn her professional real estate designation as a Graduate Realtor Institute. Realtors with the GRI designation receive training and advice on several real estate topics to better serve and protect their clients. The GRI training program provides real estate agents with a specialized education that helps them to advise and assist their clients with contracts and negotiation, finance options, marketing, laws and ethics and everything involved with successfully buying or selling a home.

“As a Realtor, I have the opportunity to help my clients make one of the most important financial and emotional decisions they will make in their lives,” said Carlson. “It’s important for me to stay up-to-date on the real estate industry and local market, so I’m excited to have completed the GRI course to earn my first real estate designation. I now look forward to earning other designations and taking other courses to enhance my education and business and to better assist my clients.”

Carlson is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee and Georgia assisting buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Catoosa and Walker counties. She specializes in working with residential real estate sales, veterans and VA loans, investor and investment properties, and first-time homebuyers. Carlson is a member of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

“I’ve had the opportunity over the last 12 years to meet some wonderful people in my career as a real estate professional, and look forward to meeting and helping many more people achieve their real estate goals and dreams,” said Carlson. “My job is rewarding, and it’s great to receive calls from past clients who want to refer someone to me. Many of my clients become friends to me, and I assure them their friends or relatives they refer to me will get the same personal service and prompt attention.”

Carlson is based out of Crye-Leike’s East Brainerd branch office, where she’s a consistent top producer and member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club. Carlson is proud to currently serve on the board of directors from the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors and as a volunteer for the Red Cross.
