Dale Buchanan & Associates has received the Pro Patria Award from the Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) State Committee. The award is presented annually to a public sector employer in each state on behalf of the men and women of America’s reserve forces for outstanding service to the national defense through continuing support of the National Guard and Reserve.
Attorney Michael Buchanan, president of Dale Buchanan & Associates, and Air Force Technical Sergeant James Marr, managing attorney for the law firm, accepted the award.
The ESGR State Committee gives the Pro Patria Award to businesses that have demonstrated their support of the National Guard and Reserve, including adopting personnel policies that make it easier for employees to participate in the Guard and Reserve.
The Pro Patria Award is the highest honor an ESGR State Committee can bestow.
Dale Buchanan & Associates is also one of 30 finalists for the U.S. Department of Defense’s highest employer award – the Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award.
