The new owners of PM Pediatrics have relocated the after-hours urgent care clinic to a new space on Shallowford Road.
PM Pediatrics offers an alternative to an emergency room for night or weekend treatment of minor injuries or illnesses for infants, children and young adults through age 18.
Labs, Xx-rays and other tests are done in-house. PM Pediatrics coordinates care with the patient’s established physician and makes a complete overview of the visit available to the child’s pediatrician within 24 hours.
The new owners are Todd Hold. M.D., and Brooke Hold. Dr. Hold is the clinic’s medical director. He earned a degree in biology from Berry College and then attended the Medical College of Georgia, graduating in 1997. He has more than 15 years of experience in emergency care, having served as a staff physician at nine hospitals.
The Holds relocated PM Pediatrics from 7320 Shallowford Road to 2372 Lifestyle Way (Suite F) March 23.
The new office is across the street from the former one and beside Embassy Suites, Publix Super Market and Mellow Mushroom near Hamilton Place.
PM Pediatrics accepts a variety of insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Great West, Blue Care, Community Health Alliance, Coventary National, First Health PPO, United Healthcare (not Community Health Plan, Navigate or Compass), Multiplan/PCHS, TriCare and Aetna.
PM Pediatrics is open Monday-Friday from 5-11 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 3-11 p.m. No appointment is necessary. Call 423 648-6483 for more information.
