The showroom for the new Rockbridge Oaks assisted living and memory care community is open on-site at 6698 Palms Court. The community is under construction in East Brainerd.
The showroom offers visitors an opportunity to view the community’s floorplans and learn more about the programs the senior living rental community will offer residents.
Rockbridge Oaks is slated to open in late summer.
The community will offer 62 studios and one- and two-bedroom residences arranged in a two-story building.
Rockbridge Oaks will feature large outdoor recreation areas, including a pavilion, a barbecue grill and areas for dining. Walking trails, lawn games and a community fire pit will also be found on the community’s grounds.
The community is located 5 miles from downtown Chattanooga within a gated community near I-75. Hospitals, shopping and entertainment are in close proximity to Rockbridge Oaks.
Private equity firm Bridgeforth Capital is developing the community. Chattanooga-based Morgan Construction is the general contractor and construction management company. St. Petersburg, Florida-based Solvere Living will manage Rockbridge Oaks.
The monthly service fee includes personalized fitness and wellness programs in the community’s fitness center.
Rockbridge will offer 24-hour health support and an emergency response system. The wellness director will coordinate with on-site ancillary and medical services, including visiting physicians, home health providers and rehabilitation services.
Rockbridge Oaks’ memory care is designed for residents with Alzheimer’s and memory impairment who need 24-hour supervised care. A separate dining room and event center are accessible for these residents.
New technology systems include the sign-in and screening Accushield system, Caremerge for family and community engagement and the ALIS electronic health system for care management.
