The American Bar Foundation (ABF) has chosen Paul Hatcher, partner at Duncan, Hatcher, Hixson & Fleenor and immediate past president of the Chattanooga Bar Association (CBA), to be an ABF Fellow.
The ABF is the American Bar Association’s research center. It focuses on the social aspects of the law and legal practice, including access to justice, how juries function, law and health, legal careers, the social cost of the penal system, legal education, and more.
Hatcher joins 15 other CBA attorneys who have also received this honor. He says he’s pleased to have been asked to be a part of this discourse and is looking forward to supporting the ABF’s research.
