Pratt Home Builders hosted its annual Realtor appreciation soiree Jan. 30 at its Dayton Boulevard location. The event featured $3,000 worth of food and drinks and dozens of door prizes and giveaways, including a big screen television, a laptop computer and $10,000.
More than 80 Realtors attended the event. Bill Panebianco, vice president of sales and marketing at Pratt, says the builder is grateful for its Realtor partners and all they do to contribute to the company’s success.
“In 2019, 68% of all of our homes sold in 2019 included a Realtor partner. It’s a great feeling to be supported on that level.
“We can partner with Realtors on both semi-custom builds for their buyer clients and our under-construction market homes, which are put together by our in-house team. In this dynamic market, we love providing Realtors with more tools for their toolkit.”
