With interest rates showing signs of a decline, Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise is inviting area Realtors to a complimentary luncheon Feb. 8 to learn how CNE can help them better serve their clients and grow their businesses.
During the lunch hour event, participants will learn how their businesses can benefit from CNE’s buyer referrals and unique lending advantage as a nonprofit broker. Available qualifying tools and down payment assistance will also be discussed.
“We watched interest rates skyrocket and saw a decline in the housing market in 2022,” says CNE loan officer John Bridger. “However, these rates are starting to drop again and we’re expecting Chattanooga to have a huge year in the housing market in 2023.”
Realtor.com has ranked the Scenic City ninth in its rankings of the Top 10 Housing Markets Positioned for Growth in 2023, Bridger notes.
“During our event, we want to make Realtors aware of how our programs at CNE can help them reach their goals this year.”
The event will take place from 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. at CNE’s headquarters at 1500 Chestnut Street.
CNE’s staff will also provide information about how they’re working to help the Chattanooga community as a whole.
“Our goal at CNE is for every Chattanoogan to have stable housing in a strong neighborhood. By hosting events like this one, we’re able to partner with professionals from different industries to move the needle forward.
“We hope the Realtors who attend this event walk away with an understanding of how we can work together to make Chattanooga a better place for all residents,” Bridger adds.
