The Tri-State Home Show, hosted annually by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga and presented by EPB Fiber Optics, will kick off its 52nd edition the first weekend in March at the Chattanooga Convention and Trade Center. Hours are 10 a.m.-8 p.m. on March 2-3 and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on March 4.
HBAGC Executive Officer Terry Greene says there will be more than 300 vendors and 500 exhibit spaces at this year’s Home Show.
“If you need it for your home, you’ll find it at the Tri-State Home Show. There’s an impressive blend of new and returning exhibitors for attendees to enjoy,” Greene says. “Local and area businesses will display the latest trends in landscaping, basements, new windows, green energy, home building, remodeling, spas and pools, electronics and more.”
Greene stresses the value of meeting professionals one-on-one to ask questions, gain knowledge and learn more about specific products and services.
“Whether you’re building or renovating, I can’t think of a better place to get a jump start on home projects, inside or out,” Greene says. “It’s all under one roof at a great location, plus there’s the bonus of talking to experts who can answer questions right on the spot.”
New to this year’s Tri-State Home Show is the “Whova Home Show Mobile App,” which will allow visitors to download information on their mobile devices on all the show’s vendors, schedule appointments, and research products and services ahead of time.
“We’re excited about the ‘Whova Home Show App,’” Greene says. “It takes less than 60 seconds to download on a smartphone, and once it’s there, show attendees can do their homework ahead of time.”
Admission to the Tri-State Home Show is $8; there’s no charge for anyone 16 or younger. Senior Day is Friday, March 2. Anyone bringing a canned good will receive $1 off; military veterans will also receive a discount. More information is available at www.homeshowchattanooga.com.
