Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan has named two new members in Chattanooga: Attorneys Andrew Godbold and Terri Daugherty.
Godbold is a native of Chattanooga and a Baylor School alumnus. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and went on to receive his juris doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
Godbold maintains a diverse litigation practice and routinely litigates personal injury, property, product liability, professional liability, premises liability construction and estate claims.
Godbold also maintains a commercial pilot’s license, is an active flight instructor and enjoys applying this unique background to complex aviation disputes and aircraft transactions.
Daugherty is a native of Georgetown. She focuses her practice on general civil litigation, including tort, personal injury, premises liability and products liability defense.
Daugherty also handles family law, divorce, child custody and parental rights cases.
She attended Berea College in Kentucky and received her juris doctor from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. She’s licensed to practice in Tennessee and Georgia.
