The Chattanooga law firm of Evans Harrison Hackett has expanded its roster of attorneys with the addition of Kathleen Harrison as a member and Bray Wilson as an associate.
Harrison practices transactional law focused on financing and the EB-5 industry. With her knowledge of the requirements of the EB-5 program, she advises developers seeking to use foreign capital to finance their real estate projects and regional centers navigating the regulatory landscape.
Harrison is a Chattanooga native who earned her undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and her law degree from Emory University in Atlanta.
Harrison has been licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 2015 and is a member of the Southeast Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women and the Tennessee Bar Association.
Also a Chattanooga native, Wilson attended Boyd-Buchanan High School before earning his Bachelor of Science in philosophy from East Tennessee State University. Bray obtained his juris doctor from Penn State Law in 2024.
After his first year of law school, Wilson served as a summer clerk for the Hon. Victoria Roberts, U.S. district court judge for the Eastern District of Michigan. During his second year of law school, Bray served as a clerk for the Hon. Kim Gibson, U.S. district court judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Wilson also participated in various trial advocacy teams and served on the executive board of Penn State Law’s Criminal Law Society. He is a member of the Phi Delta Phi and Phi Alpha Delta Legal Honor Societies.
Wilson became licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 2024 and is a member of the Chattanooga Bar, Tennessee Bar and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers associations.
Harrison and Wilson join Evans Harrison Hackett as it settles into its new office in the James Building. The firm is located in suite 600 of the historic Broad Street building.
