Jed Roebuck has joined the law firm of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel as an associate attorney.
Roebuck, a Lookout Mountain native, joins as a member of the firm’s health care practice group. He specializes in health care law, complemented by a strong background in business litigation, allowing him to advise his clients in planning, contractual and other transactional matters.
In addition to health care and business litigation, Roebuck’s specialties include mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and business organizations, as well as risk management.
He graduated cum laude from University of Mississippi’s School of Law, where he served on the executive board of the "Mississippi Law Journal," and he has a B.A. in English from the University of Georgia.
Roebuck was inspired to enter the legal profession after spending time in Kenya and Uganda supporting organizations focused on the eradication of human trafficking. He says he enjoys his work in the legal field because of the unique opportunity to help those in need in a meaningful and tangible way.
