Mediate joins Chambliss as newest client development manager

Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel has added Alyssa Mediate to serve as client development manager.

Mediate will work under the umbrella of the firm’s marketing and business development department.

She will work with Chambliss’ executive leadership and practice groups to develop and implement strategies that advance the firm’s business objectives, states the firm in a news release.

With a focus on relationship management and business development, Mediate will “provide tailored, innovative solutions for clients and shareholders.”

Mediate will also serve as a resource for Chambliss clients and the community by connecting prospects with the firm.

“Alyssa has been quick to put her client development skills to work for the firm,” says marketing and business development director Aricia Gallaher. “As opportunities for business development continue to grow within the legal industry, Alyssa will play a key role in enhancing our client service and driving overall growth. We look forward to seeing her build new connections, strengthen relationships with current clients and establish trust with prospective clients.”

Mediate started her career in the commercial banking and finance sectors, advising companies on financial and risk analysis, underwriting and capital management. She also served as the net zero ambassador for the New York and Pennsylvania markets at a large national bank, focusing on capital allocation for clean energy initiatives. This role allowed her to educate clients, bankers, financial advisers and partners on key trends and legislation.

Before relocating to Tennessee, Mediate was involved with the United Way Women’s Leadership Council. She currently is a member of the Tennessee Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Mediate earned a bachelor’s degree from Northwood University and graduated from The University of Toledo College of Law.
