Class is back in session for three Chattanooga attorneys who will represent the Scenic City in an annual statewide leadership preparation program.
April Holland, Brittany Faith and John Jolley will join 32 other law practitioners as members of the Tennessee Bar Association’s 2025 Leadership Law class.
Now in its 22nd year, Leadership Law is designed to equip Tennessee lawyers with “the vision, knowledge and skills necessary to serve as leaders in their profession and local communities,” states a news release from the TBA.
The class will meet for its first session in January and then spend the next six months learning about leadership in the legal profession, issues in the courts, policymaking in state government and the importance of community service.
Eligible candidates for TBA’s Leadership Law program are lawyers with five to 15 years of experience. The state bar drew the Chattanooga trio from a variety of firm and practice backdrops.
Holland focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private fund formation, complex joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate matters at Miller & Martin.
Brittany Faith is head of Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison’s Immigration Practice Group.
Jolley is a staff attorney at Legal Aid of East Tennessee.
