The University of Tennessee at Knoxville recognized Chattanooga attorney Brittany Faith as a 2023 Volunteer 40 Under 40 alumni in December.
UT Knoxville’s Volunteer 40 Under 40 program recognizes 40 alumni under the age of 40 who have excelled personally and professionally since completing their degree at the school.
Faith is a nationally recognized immigration attorney who has committed herself to service, her biography on the Volunteer 40 Under 40 website reads.
At UT’s College of Law, Faith was heavily involved in community service and leadership roles, including serving as director of UT Law’s pro bono program, treasurer of Law Women, American Bar Association representative for the Student Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association Midsouth law school liaison and founder of UT Law’s U Visa Alternative Spring Break.
Faith currently serves as the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division president, on the AILA board of governors and as the Fit2Practice director for the ABA Young Lawyers Division Council.
In addition, Faith regularly donates her time to pro bono and low bono immigration work, an area of law with a lack of resources due to federal funding limitations.
Faith is a member of Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison’s Immigration Group. She focuses her practice on family-based immigration petitions, employment-based petitions and humanitarian relief.
