Chambliss & Bahner recognized for client service

For the second consecutive year, Chambliss & Bahner has been ranked on the BTI Client Service A-Team. This list highlights law firms clients say provide superior service.

BTI says its Client Service A-Team is based on independent, unbiased feedback from clients.  The 2013 analysis relied on more than 240 independent, one-on-one interviews with corporate counsel to delineate – by name and rank – how more than 332 law firms perform along 17 activities shown to drive client relationships.

In 2012, three Chambliss attorneys – Bill Aiken, Bud Jackson, and Bill Pickering – were among 272 lawyers nationwide named as Client Service All-Stars. Aiken was one of only four attorneys in the U.S. nominated by two separate corporate counsels, which earned him the designation of Super All-Star by BTI.

Over the span of 12 years, BTI has interviewed more than 3,400 clients in order to determine those firms to include on its Client Service A-Team. The only way to be selected for inclusion on this list is to be recognized, unprompted, by a client as delivering excellent service.
