The Robinson Team of Keller Williams Realty has set two records in the Chattanooga residential real estate market, surpassing $200 million in closed volume in 2025 and exceeding $2 billion in lifetime sales, according to a release issued Dec. 8. Both totals represent the highest documented sales figures ever recorded in the history of the region’s MLS.
The release states the team closed over $200 million in residential real estate for the calendar year, marking the first time any Chattanooga agent or team has reached that threshold in a single year. The announcement also confirms that Robinson’s career production has crossed the $2 billion mark, making him the highest-volume residential real estate broker on record in the Greater Chattanooga market.
MLS ranking reports reflect Robinson with approximately $2.08 billion in total closed volume since 1998 on more than 4,300 closed sides. The next highest individual total listed in the MLS historical volume report is approximately $1.5 billion.
In the most recent annual cycle – December 2024 through December 2025 – the Robinson Team closed about $229 million in volume across 314 sides, averaging roughly $730,000 per transaction. During that period, Robinson ranked first among Keller Williams agents in Chattanooga and second across all firms by dollar volume.
Founded in 1997, the Robinson Team first reached $1 billion in lifetime volume in 2020 and doubled that total over the following five years. Born and raised in the Chattanooga area, Jay and his wife, Ali Robinson, and their son, Wilder Robinson, lead a team of agents and support professionals who, according to the release, combine local knowledge, technology and customer service.
In a prepared statement announcing the milestone, Robinson said the record-setting year reflects client trust and consistent performance.
“Breaking $2 billion in all-time sales and $200 million in annual sales isn’t just a success for our team, it’s a profound testament to our incredible clients. Without their trust and confidence, none of this would be possible,” Robinson said.
The Robinson Team has represented more than 4,000 families in residential real estate transactions in the Chattanooga area.
