Shelby R. Grubbs has been appointed to the International Business Advisory Board of The University of Alabama Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration. Founded in 1992, the Board has been comprised of business and campus leaders bound by a commitment to assisting the College of Commerce in furthering its international initiatives. Culverhouse College is recognized as a premier business school in the state and one of the leading programs in the Southeast and nationally.
Grubbs is a member with Miller & Martin. He has over 37 years practicing law in the area of civil litigation and dispute resolution. He has significant experience both as an advocate and as a dispute resolution neutral. He is a Fellow of the London-based Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, serves on the board of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society and chairs the Global Network Foundation, an Atlanta based organization that provides business leadership training in Central Asia, the Caucasus region and the Middle East. In 2011, he was named one of 300 Client Service All-stars by BTI Consulting Group. Mr. Grubbs splits his time between the Chattanooga and Atlanta offices of Miller & Martin.
