Super Lawyers has named Jerry H. Summers and Jimmy F. Rodgers, Jr., of the law firm of Summers, Rufolo and Rodgers to its 2015 list of Mid-South Super Lawyers. Super Lawyers also named Marya L. Schalk, of the same firm, to its 2015 list of Mid-South Rising Stars.
Super Lawyers selects no more than 5 percent of the lawyers in the state as Mid-South Super Lawyers. It selected Summers for his work in the Criminal Defense field, and recgonized Jimmy Rodgers for his work in the area of Personal Injury Plaintiff: Products. This is the tenth year Super Lawyers has named Summers, and the fourth year it has named Rodgers.
Super Lawyers selected Schalk as one of the top up-and-coming attorneys in Tennessee in 2015. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive this honor. This is the fifth year Super Lawyers has recognized Schalk as a Rising Star.
Super Lawyers also recgonzied Summers one of three lawyers from Chattanooga who are among the top 100 lawyers in Tennessee.
