Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel announced last week that Ryan Barry, Kisha Cheeks, Calvin Marshall and Kirby Waddell Yost have joined the firm as associate attorneys. Barry focuses his practice on estate planning and elder law. He is a member of the Chattanooga Tax Practitioners and the Estate Planning Council of Chattanooga.
Barry graduated as Valedictorian from both the University of Tennessee College of Law and University of the South, where he earned his undergraduate degree. Cheeks concentrates her practice on intellectual property, consumer financial services and litigation. She is a member of the Tennessee Intellectual Property Law Association. She received her law degree from Samford University, where she was the founder of its Intellectual Property Society. She earned her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.
Marshall is a member of the firm’s business section, practicing health care law and business law. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association. Marshall earned his law degree from the University of Virginia, where he served as executive editor of the Virginia Tax Review. He earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Covenant College.
Yost focuses her practice on business law and real estate law. She earned both her law degree and undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, where she was in the Chancellor’s Honors Program and was inducted into the Pi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. Yost is a member of the Young Professionals Association of Chattanooga. Barry, Cheeks, Marshall and Yost are all members of the Chattanooga and Tennessee Bar Associations.
