Officials of the Raines Group recently promoted Tony Brock to vice president of leasing.

Brock is a Chattanooga native and a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. A licensed Realtor, he has more than 48 years of diversified real estate experience in Tennessee and around the Southeast.
Brock will be responsible for leasing every property the Raines Group manages.
Locally, Brock is credited with developing the Majestic Views subdivision on Signal Mountain while working with Scholze Realty.
Brock spent the 1990s working with Capital Management Financial Group, for which he spent two years in Taiwan and China working in the oil industry in the Ordos Basin of China.
He returned to Chattanooga in 1998 and joined The Raines Group as a leasing agent and broker for the company.
Brock has leased and managed real estate properties throughout the Southeast and has sold several shopping centers and office complexes for The Raines Group.
His engineering degree and detailed project engineering experience have contributed to his success in supervising various construction and management projects for the Raines Group, say Raines.

Brock continues to broaden his knowledge by participating in various real estate courses, including International Council of Shopping Centers courses focused on deal making and the exchange of ideas.
Brock is a member of both Greater Chattanooga Realtors and Tennessee Realtors.
His added responsibilities as vice president of leasing for The Raines Group include overseeing and brokerage of many retail, office and industrial properties in the Chattanooga area.
