The National Association of Legal Assistants and the Tennessee Paralegal Association have recognized Aleyce Fontenot, a paralegal with the business practice group of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, with its Affiliate Award.
Fontenot was recognized for her outstanding contribution to the paralegal profession through volunteer service.
“I’m honored to receive the Affiliate Award from this respected association,” says Fontenot. “Chambliss emphasizes giving back to our community, and I’m grateful to do my part in assisting our community through volunteering.”
Fontenot has served Chambliss clients for more than six years, assisting in the formation, governance, annual reporting and dissolution of nonprofit and for-profit companies. She also has a wealth of knowledge and experience in litigation and risk management matters.
Outside the office, Fontenot spends time with family and volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Chattanooga, Reflection Riding Arboretum and Nature Center, United Way of Greater Chattanooga, Tennessee Paralegal Association, Legal Aid of East Tennessee and Girl Scouts of the Southern Appalachians.
