Husch Blackwell welcomed four new associates to its Chattanooga office in January: Madeline Leonard Phifer, Tyler Saenz, Yasmin Stiggons and Emma Wolfenbarger.
Phifer joins the firm’s litigation and alternative dispute resolution team. She is a commercial litigator with an interest in public relations.
Before joining Husch Blackwell, Phifer interned with the U.S. Senate campaign of Philip Bredesen, 48th governor of Tennessee, as well as with a strategic planning and communications public relations and marketing firm.
She earned her juris doctor at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville College of Law and a degree in public relations at Lee University.
As a member of Husch Blackwell’s mergers and acquisitions team, Saenz helps public and private companies develop, protect and grow their business.
He drafts, reviews and negotiates purchases and leases, nondisclosure agreements, supply agreements and consulting agreements, among other corporate contracts.
Before beginning his practice, Saenz interned with U.S. Rep. Joaquin Castro through the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a degree in political science from Vanderbilt University.
Stiggons is a member of Husch Blackwell’s retail real estate practice team. She assists a diverse range of tenants, landlords, developers and other stakeholders as they navigate a changing retail environment.
Stiggons obtained her juris doctor from UTK and a degree in political science and sustainability studies from the University of Florida.
Wolfenbarger joins Husch Blackwell’s litigation and alternative resolution team, focusing her practice on commercial litigation.
She assists clients with business disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, product liability, employment matters and construction disputes.
Wolfenbarger earned her juris doctor from UTK and a degree in English from Maryville College.
