The restaurant FIVE has presented the Partnership for Families, Children, and Adults with a $1,000 check after a month-long campaign to support the local nonprofit.
During the month of December, FIVE and the Partnership teamed up to raise money for Chattanooga residents in need of a variety of social service programs.
As part of its commitment to support local nonprofits, FIVE sold poinsettia cocktails, made of cranberry juice and champagne, to restaurant patrons for $5 apiece. More than 150 were sold during the campaign.
The money will be used to fund several programs led by the Partnership including crisis services, family strengthening services, youth services, elder services, and deaf services.
FIVE is a new restaurant on the Northshore at the bottom of the One North Shore Condominiums.
