Realtor Nathan Walldorf of Herman Walldorf & Co. has earned the Seller’s Representative Specialist designation after completing the 12-hour class.
Recognized by the National Association of Realtors, the SRS designation is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance.
Designees learn to increase listings and grow their business, demonstrate their value to sellers and apply methods, tools and techniques to provide the support and services sellers need.
Walldorf sold 22 properties in 2017 and has a track record of being in the top 10 percent of Realtors in sales in the Chattanooga area.
“Having a professional designation as a Seller Representative Specialist is important in today’s real estate market, where we need more homes on the market to meet the high buyer demand,” Walldorf said. “When I list a home for sale, I want to do the best job I can for that seller.”
When selling a home, Nathan teams up with his father, Charlie Walldorf, a 40-plus-year veteran in the real estate industry. Together, they’re known as the Walldorf Father-Son Team.
