Film Festival announces new badge with top-tier benefits

The Chattanooga Film Festival has reworked its badges to create more options for people with limited budgets or availability.

“It’s with our audience in mind that we created new badges and ticket options for CFF 2019,” says executive director and lead programmer Chris Dortch II. “Whether fans want the fullest immersion into the world of CFF and a chance to break bread with our patron saint Joe Bob Briggs, or a simple chance to dip their toes in the weird waters of what we hope is becoming an unmissable celebrations of movies, there is truly something for everyone at CFF.”

Badge options are:

T.R.I.P. Badge (formerly known as V.I.P. Badge)

$200 for the full festival. Early bird T.R.I.P. Badges are on sale through Jan. 31 at a discounted price of $150.

Student Badge

$160 for the full festival. This badge must be purchased using an .edu email address. An active student ID will need to be presented when picking up the badge at the box office.

Weekend Warrior

$120 for entry Saturday and Sunday. Provides access to every ticketed event on Saturday and Sunday.

Daily Badge

$60 for opening night; $80 for Friday, Saturday or Sunday. A daily badge is the single serving equivalent of the T.R.I.P badge.

The Dabbler

Individual tickets to films and special events, such as the Joe Bob Briggs opening night talk, will be available closer to the festival.
