Greater Chattanooga Realtors installed its officers and directors for 2019 during its recent leadership installment and awards reception at the Edwin Hotel.
Fifteen Realtors were sworn in, including Kim Bass as president. A Realtor with more than 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, Bass has served as secretary-treasurer of GCR and president of Women’s Council of Realtors Chattanooga.
“Greater Chattanooga Realtors has been fortunate over the years to have the right person to lead at the right time,” said Jason Farmer, 2007 president, who installed Bass. “With the industry facing changing business models, increased interest rates and market shifts, I feel like we again have the right leader at this important time.”
Other officers installed during the reception included Brandi Pearl Thompson, president-elect; Joyce Smith, secretary-treasurer; and Darlene Brown, MLS chair.
GCR also swore in its new directors, including Immediate Past President Geoff Ramsey, Martha Alexander, Beverly Boss, Derek English, Rachael Henderson, Steven LaMar, Denise Murphy, Ben Pitts, Steven Sharpe, Ron Tucker and Kevin Wamack.
