Crye-Leike Chattanooga Realtor Preston Brown is on a mission to help people participate in the American dream of homeownership.
Brown on January 22 teamed up with Becca Pool of Mortgage Investors Group to host a free homebuyer’s seminar. The seminar was held at Crye-Leike’s Ooltewah branch office.
At the seminar, Brown and Pool went through the detailed steps of home buying, starting with pre-qualification and proceeding through financing, shopping for a home and the paperwork. The seminar educated potential buyers on several important home buying topics including: how and where to start looking for a home; improving their credit score; how to get pre-approved for a home loan; the type of mortgages available; and the importance of house inspection and homeowners insurance.
The seminar was free.
