Community Foundation promotes Posey to director

The Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga has promoted Robin Posey to senior director of philanthropic research.

Posey joined Community Foundation as a program officer in 2006 and most recently served as its director of community impact. Her new role builds on her experience in philanthropy, grantmaking and community engagement, notes the organization in a news release.

Posey will be responsible for collaborating on research and recommendations for donor grants, developing and implementing standardized processes for philanthropic guidance and enhancing donor stewardship strategies. She will report to the Community Foundation’s vice president of philanthropy, Caroline von Kessler.

Posey is a two-time alumna of UTC and a member of the UTC Children’s Center Advisory Board. She and her family reside on Signal Mountain.
